We are looking for a Department Manager for E&I a Netherland Consultant & Engineers company in construction industry.

****Job Description************
1. Location: Ho Chi Minh office
2. Department: E&I Department
3. Report to: Managing Director/ Deputy Managing Director
4. Requirements:
4.1 Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or control and instrumentation engineering;
4.2 Minimum 10 years design experience in electrical engineering and construction;
4.3 Ability to coordinate multiple design disciplines on a variety of projects;
4.4 Strong capabilities in programming, design management, budget preparation and management, procurement and
construction management, personnel allocation;
4.5 Experience with International standards, Vietnamese standard (TCVN) and local contractors;
4.6 Strong leadership skill;
4.7 Good command in English;
4.8 Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills required;
4.9 Good command at computer literate;
4.10 Independent, self-motivated and ambitious of unquestionable personal professional integrity.
5. Responsibilities (but not limited to):
5.1 Management and responsibility for department people and works;
5.2 Responsibility for the execution of company projects;
5.3 Design engineering for electrical and instrumentation system including technical specification, datasheet, drawing, BoQ, etc.
5.4 Technical support for procurement work for project implementation;
5.5 Cost estimation and relevant documentation for proposal;
5.6 Meeting with the client and supplier/subcontractor as required for project implementation or proposal;
5.7 Other tasks as required by the company.
